Not an emergency service. We don't offer after-hours or same-hour call-outs. If broken glass is dangerous or your home can't be secured, ring an emergency glass service straight away.

What do you need from me for a quote?
Your suburb, a photo of the window or door, and rough width and height of the glass. We confirm exact sizes and the type of glass ourselves before anything is cut.
Why does the type of glass matter?
Doors, low windows, bathrooms and some other spots need safety glass under the Australian Standard for glass in buildings. We quote for the glass the location needs, which isn't always the same as what was there before.
How long does it take?
Glass is cut to order, so there's usually a wait between measuring and fitting. We give you a realistic timeframe with the quote.
Can I cancel?
Until the glass is ordered, yes. Once it's been cut to your sizes we can't cancel for a change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
